Daily Manager Summary

Daily Broker/Manager Summary worksheet with five review columns.

Daily Manager Summary

A daily manager summary gives a broker or manager one page for deciding what deserves attention next. The source worksheet is arranged in five columns: Business Dev, Production, Culture, Admin and Personal Dev. Use those columns to connect the day’s activity with the operating priorities that need a follow-up.

Put the day on one page

  • Business Dev Record the conversations, opportunities or pipeline work that move business development forward.
  • Production Note the service or production activity that needs a decision, handoff or check.
  • Culture Capture coaching, recognition, team communication and any open people issue.
  • Admin List the systems, records, meetings and operational tasks that protect execution.
  • Personal Dev Reserve space for the manager’s own learning, reflection and capacity.

Separate examples from your numbers

The printed page pairs the columns with priority, progress and today-goal sections. Its visible examples include Agent Count to 100, PPP to 6.75, Attrition to less than 7%, Onboarding Systems and Time Mastery, along with sample progress such as 76 agents, 14 A’s, 18 B’s and 12% attrition. Treat those printed values as examples from the worksheet. Replace them with the measures, dates and definitions your business actually uses.

Close with an owner and a next date

  1. Choose the review date and write the evidence behind each priority.
  2. Place each open item in the column where its next decision belongs.
  3. Write one observable goal for tomorrow and assign its owner.
  4. Carry forward only items that still need action; close the rest with a short note.

A useful summary makes the manager’s attention visible without pretending that a single page diagnoses the business. Keep it brief enough to complete daily and specific enough to guide the next conversation.
