This policy explains how RE Luxe Leaders, LLC handles information on reluxeleaders.com and when you contact us. Our CRM and mobile services also have a Rell.ai privacy policy describing account information and connected-platform integrations.

Who we are and how to contact us

RE Luxe Leaders, LLC provides business consulting to real estate professionals. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@reluxeleaders.com. We are based in Sarasota, Florida, USA.

Information we collect and why

  • Contact requests: our contact form asks for your name and email address, with optional phone number and message, plus an anti-spam check. We use the information you provide to respond, arrange a conversation and manage our relationship with you. The site stores accepted form submissions and may pass inquiry details into our CRM and email notification systems.
  • Site operation and security: our hosting, WordPress and security tools may process IP addresses, browser/device details, requested URLs, timestamps and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot issues. These operational records are separate from optional advertising and audience measurement.
  • Accounts: when you use member or administrative features, we process sign-in information, account details, preferences and activity needed to provide and secure those features.
  • Basic website measurement: eligible US public visits use Google Analytics unless you opt out or send Global Privacy Control. Other or unknown locations require opt-in. Analytics receives canonical public-page visits and successful contact-request counts, approximate location and browser/device details. Contact fields, submission identifiers, URL queries, fragments and referrer values are excluded. We do not use this integration for advertising or named visitor identification.

Cookies, local storage and tracking choices

For visitors identified as in the United States, basic Google Analytics is on for eligible public pages unless you opt out or send Global Privacy Control. Other and unknown locations require opt-in. We use these US controls for every US visitor without relying on business-size exemptions. Select Reject optional or Do Not Sell or Share / Opt Out to turn analytics off, or reopen Cookie Settings anytime. Existing analytics opt-outs remain effective. Browsing and contacting us remain available when you reject. Closing preferences without saving does not grant permission.

  • Essential: security and account-session technologies where needed, plus local storage rell_cookie_consent_v1 remembering version, analytics/marketing booleans and saved time for 180 days. Existing valid analytics choices are preserved; the retired marketing permission cannot enable tracking. A regional default is not stored as acceptance. Invalid, expired or unavailable preference storage does not grant a US default. Login and security storage has its own lifetime.
  • Basic Google Analytics 4: the existing property and web stream measure public visits and successful contact requests without contact fields. First-party _ga and _ga_* distinguish visits and sessions for up to 180 days without renewing expiry each visit. We supply a canonical page URL and generic title; URL queries, fragments and referrer values are excluded. Automatic form, search, link, video and download measurement, Google signals, advertising personalization and automatic user-provided data capabilities are disabled. Signed-in, private, account/client, search, checkout, personalized-result and unrecognized routes are excluded. Google acts as our measurement processor under applicable data processing terms within these configured service boundaries. See Google’s privacy policy and partner-site processing information.
  • Local country lookup: the server compares the visitor connection with a locally stored IP-country database. No visitor IP is sent to a geolocation API; the browser receives only US, other or unknown. Missing, failed or expired lookups retain opt-in. Approximate IP location is not proof of residence.   • Retired marketing tracking: the stored Google Ads, Microsoft, LinkedIn, secure-analytics.com and CRM campaign-recipient attribution snippets are disabled. Accepting analytics cannot activate them; advertising consent remains denied. Campaign-recipient identifiers in links are not sent to the CRM tracking endpoint by this site.

Withdrawing reloads the page to stop listeners, removes accessible matching first-party tracking cookies, and stops future measurement; it does not delete information already collected. We cannot remove another provider’s third-party cookies. Existing Analytics history and our ordinary contact records are retained. Choices apply to this browser and website. With JavaScript disabled, optional tracking stays off.

Advertising disclosures and Global Privacy Control

We do not sell contact-form submissions for money. This public-site integration does not enable advertising, targeted advertising or named identity matching. Global Privacy Control keeps all optional analytics off, including when an earlier choice allowed it. The permanent opt-out control also turns analytics off. Service providers, integrations and external content

We use providers for hosting, security, communications and CRM operations. Inquiry notifications and account or campaign communications may use services such as SendGrid and Twilio. Connecting an account or using an integration is separate from accepting marketing cookies. Where Adobe Express is used in our CRM, Adobe processes information under its privacy policy; we store design content and metadata you choose to save. Links to outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Optional basic measurement described here is controlled by our cookie choices; using an outside website or a service you separately request may involve that provider’s own storage and policies.

SMS communications

Where you separately opt in to SMS messages, we use your mobile number and related information to provide those messages. Cookie acceptance does not subscribe you to email or SMS marketing. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply. We do not share SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Communications providers may process it to deliver the service.

Retention, security and transfers

We retain inquiry and account records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain legitimate business records and meet legal obligations. Operational and provider retention varies by purpose; browser-storage lifetimes are described above and in linked provider notices. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we and our providers operate. We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, authentication and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Email admin@reluxeleaders.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing personal records, and legal or operational exceptions may apply. Browser marketing opt-out does not require an account or identity verification. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. A material change to optional tracking purposes requires a new choice before those new purposes are enabled.
