A brokerage operating system is the management infrastructure brokerage owners and team leaders use to control growth, profitability, service delivery, and risk. Its strategic implication is direct: the firm can scale only when leadership governs how decisions are made, measured, and enforced. The system combines operating cadences, scorecards, process playbooks, decision rights, and accountable owners; it is not a CRM or isolated technology stack.
