Dear Manager Jane Doe,
This letter is to most respectfully inform you that I have made an irreversible decision to leave the brokerage and move my business to another company.
I wanted to take the time and thank you for all that you have done for me and my business. I genuinely appreciate the lessons I have learned during my time here. I want to make sure that you know that my reasons have nothing to do with you. In fact, you were the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I sincerely thank you for the support you have shown me.
My decision was based upon months of deliberation and while there are many factors, both professional and completely personal. I respect you have made career changes throughout the years that you knew were necessary for reasons you kept to yourself. I know that you will in the same vain, respect my decision. I do not wish to become engaged in a conversation regarding why I am leaving.
I currently have the following transactions and I agree to service the following escrows with the greatest of service and to adhere to your broker file guidelines:
