Character Elevation Assessment Instructions

Step One

Download the Character Elevation Assessment PDF and choose a quiet time to complete it.

Step Two

Read each statement and answer it honestly. If it describes your current practice, mark it; if it does not, leave it open and write what would need to change. A hard question is useful when it leads to a concrete decision.

Step Three

Color the associated block in the graph so the pattern is easy to see. Treat the graphic as a snapshot of your own assessment, not a universal score or diagnosis.

Step Four

Print or save the completed sheet and note the one or two areas that deserve attention first. Put the next action on the calendar rather than keeping it as a general intention.

Step Five

Repeat the assessment quarterly and compare the new reflection with the previous one. Look for a clearer practice, a more useful habit or a decision that still needs attention.
