Building a Brokerage Luxury Training Program
A historical account of tiered agent education, service standards and the marketing support behind a luxury program.

An independent brokerage wanted a more consistent way to prepare agents for luxury listings. The historical account describes a luxury training and certification program, supported by service standards and marketing materials.
Organizing the education
The program had three tiers. In the original account, the listing-price brackets were $1 million to $3.5 million, $3.5 million to $10 million, and above $10 million. Those brackets describe this historical program; they are not a current definition of luxury in every market.
The curriculum addressed lead generation, follow-up, conversion, business management, mindset and transaction servicing. The account also describes standards for brand presentation, photography, marketing materials, video and customer service.
Supporting the program in the business
The work included a promotional introduction within the brokerage and affiliated networks. Marketing templates for offices and agents covered photography, video and printed materials.
The page also sets out a broader marketing approach: review of media releases, budget guidance, local production support and recruiting from agents with recent luxury listings. Some of this section describes services offered generally. It does not establish that every staffing or marketing option was implemented for this brokerage.
What the account establishes
The useful detail is the connection between training and the standards agents would be expected to deliver. The original page also reports a large increase in luxury listing market share, but provides no starting share, market denominator or measurement period.
The account therefore supports a description of the program, rather than a dependable forecast of growth for another brokerage.
Applying the lesson
For another brokerage, useful questions include:
- Which client expectations and agent capabilities should each training tier address?
- What service and marketing standards will an agent need to demonstrate?
- Who will maintain the materials, review their use and measure adoption?
These are application questions, not additional work or results documented in this case.
