Business consulting for growing brokerages
Develop management responsibilities, working practices and a useful view of the economics as your brokerage grows.

Make the next stage manageable.
As a brokerage grows, the owner may have less direct visibility into every agent relationship, decision and commitment. A practice that worked well with a smaller group may need clearer responsibilities and a different way to review the business.
RE Luxe Leaders works with brokerage owners on growth, management, recruiting and profitability. We help connect those priorities to the structure and working practices needed to support them.
Give managers a clear contribution.
Start with what you expect each manager to accomplish. Which agent relationships and recruiting activities do they own? What decisions can they make? What information do you both need to understand progress?
We can help define the responsibilities, develop management practices and establish a useful way to review commitments. The aim is to give the role enough clarity and authority to carry its work, with an appropriate route for decisions that need the owner.
Review the economics of the structure.
Growth needs to be considered alongside the costs and support required to sustain it. We work with you to examine how the company earns, where it spends and what different parts of the business contribute. The information should help answer an actual decision about staffing, services, marketing or expansion.
When records from different offices or functions use different definitions, comparisons can obscure the issue. Part of the work may be establishing a consistent view of the business before deciding what should change.
Connect a growth plan to execution.
A recruiting objective needs an agent proposition, assigned activity and follow-up. A marketing plan needs an owner and a way to review what it produces. An operating change needs to reach the people whose work it affects.
We help you develop that connection, participate in agreed implementation and revisit the plan as evidence accumulates. The published management-development account provides one example of the work. If recruiting is the immediate priority, explore how we approach recruiting and management together.
Current arrangements and travel.
Existing Elite Partner and Private Client services, access, commercial terms and agreed on-site or speaking commitments continue under your agreement. Your existing RELL contact can discuss those arrangements with you. The scope of a new engagement follows the business needs and terms agreed together.
We aim to handle travel carefully, avoid unnecessary costs and seek reasonable options, including economy travel where appropriate. The published travel and expense policy is:
- Accommodation: business hotels generally rated three to four stars. Higher-grade hotels are appropriate only for events or conferences when the hotel hosts the event.
- Transportation fares: coach fare is reimbursed for flights under 2.5 hours; business class for flights over 2.5 hours.
- Local transportation: taxis, rideshare fares, metro, public transportation and tolls; rental cars of intermediate class or smaller.
- Meals and incidentals: up to $75 per day when traveling for business.
