42 Day Sprint Template

42 Day Sprint worksheet with a six-week planning grid and goal fields.

42 Day Sprint Template

The 42 Day Sprint Template is a six-week planning frame for creating momentum through a defined period. It combines a weekly grid with prompts for accountability, routines, channels, development, values and business goals. Treat the printed schedule as a sample structure and replace its entries with commitments that fit your role and capacity.

Fill in the six-week frame

  • Accountability and routines: name an accountability partner and write the wake-up or start-of-day ritual you can actually follow. The printed workout fields are prompts for your own goals, not instructions or a promise of a health result.
  • Channels and development: choose the social channels you will use, the personal-development goal you will study and the preferred channels that fit your audience and working style.
  • Business focus: define Private Client Group (PCG) goals and B2B goals, then describe the conversations or service actions behind them.
  • Values and strengths: write your top three core values and top five strengths so the sprint has a decision filter.
  • Prospecting and low-energy moments: choose a prospecting approach that suits the plan and list a useful action for the moments when motivation drops.

Use the weekly grid for commitments

  1. Set one outcome for the six-week period and three actions that support it.
  2. Place the actions in the Monday-to-Sunday grid, leaving space for appointments, follow-up and recovery.
  3. Review the week’s evidence, record what moved and carry forward only the next action that still matters.
  4. At the end of the sprint, compare the notes with the original aim and choose the next measured experiment.

The source image shows a sample schedule with entries such as an early start, exercise, social posts, follow-up, appointments, previews, role play and email clearing. Those entries illustrate how a grid can be used; they are not the reader’s commitments. Keep the template blank enough to support an honest plan and specific enough to make the next action visible.
