This sample new agent ad was developed to help our clients find the right kind of candidate. Whether you are building an office or a team, you are always looking for good talent. We have number of resources about who, when and where you should be focusing your attention. Our Growth by Team Model is a great place to start on this. With that said, sometimes you want to have an ongoing ad drawing new agents into your pool for consideration. We have found the old school ads are stale and pull more of a salary or security focused prospect. With some philosophical restructuring, the following sample ad has worked well for many of our clients in finding a younger, more entrepreneurial interviewee who is looking for opportunity with the structural support our clients provide.
Sample New Agent Ad
Do you believe you can change your world?
Do you believe you can make your community a better place?
Do you believe you should dictate your time and income?
If so, we want to talk to you.
We’re looking for local talent to help us on our quest. Everyday we wake up to find new ways to create the most envied real estate workspace in the world. For us selling houses and making money isn’t enough; we want to change the way people think about the real estate industry. We believe that this can only happen if it is deeply rooted in providing a fantastic client experience. But we can’t do it alone – we need good people who want to do good business.
We are looking for people that are good with people. We have all the training, coaching and support to teach you the real estate business. What we can’t teach is how to have a good personality.
We need you to want to make a good living. Our team are professionals. We know what we are doing and are fanatical about being the best. As a team, we work hard, play hard and love what we do. Because of that, our agents do 5-10 times the amount of transactions of our competitors.
Most importantly you need to love the community where you live. We believe a great client experience starts with having professional representation by local agents who know the business and marketplace better than everyone else. Community involvement is a cornerstone of who we are and what we are about.
Can you help?
If you’re interested, drop us a note – tell us a little about you and we can set up some time to talk more.
We look forward to hearing from you.
