Live Stream Encore – Thriving In Chaos 2024
On January 20, 2024, RE Luxe Leaders shared an encore of Thriving in Chaos – Insider Strategies for Growing Your Business in Turbulent Times. The session revisited a keynote Chris Pollinger delivered at the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (LRE) International Symposium in Cannes, France.
The central question is practical: when the market, clients, and team expectations are moving at once, which operating choices deserve attention first? A leader does not need a louder forecast. The useful work is to identify the changes already affecting service, then decide what the brokerage can observe and improve.
Read the market through the client conversation
Changing conditions show up in the questions clients ask, the pace at which they make decisions, and the level of explanation they expect. Review recent conversations for repeated concerns: timing, privacy, financing, property preparation, or the handoff between specialists. Group those concerns by stage rather than treating every request as an isolated exception.
Bring the pattern to the next team discussion. Ask what the client is trying to protect, what information is missing, and which person owns the next response. That discipline keeps market commentary connected to the experience a buyer or seller actually receives.
Turn uncertainty into a short operating rhythm
Choose one service promise the team can make visible for the next few weeks. It might be a clearer listing-preparation brief, a defined follow-up window, or a single place for decision notes. Name an owner, the evidence that will be reviewed, and the date of the next conversation. A small rhythm gives the team a way to learn without pretending that a volatile market can be controlled.
Use the same rhythm for outside developments. Record the development, the part that could affect clients, the action required now, and the question that remains open. This is more useful than passing along every headline, because it makes the brokerage’s response deliberate and easy to explain.
Protect the relationships that carry the business
Growth in turbulent conditions depends on trust built over time. Keep outreach specific to the person and the decision in front of them. Explain what is known, what is still being assessed, and when you will return with the next update. A calm, plain-language conversation often does more for confidence than a generalized promise of outperformance.
The encore was an invitation to revisit those choices together. For additional context, see the LinkedIn optimization discussion.
